Package: coreutils
Version: 9.1-1
Severity: normal
File: /bin/cp

Dear Maintainer,

"cp update" ignores "extended attributes".

The underlying "cp" command reads:
#+begin_src sh
\cp --preserve=all --reflink=always -au
#+end_src
If an attribute is subsequently changed or newly set in the source file, e.g.
the "user.baloo.rating" with KDE's Dophin, this change is not recognized by
"cp".
