Presumably needs the deluge maintainer to just update the packaged version rather than a bug fix being needed on this package. (Deluge is at v2.0.3; there's been 2.0.4, 2.0.5, 2.1.0 and 2.1.1 since). Filing this bug primarily to raise awareness.
