A couple of review comments and a question for your wget2 copyright file: - As an execption, the 'include' directory (partly used for autogenerated header file content) should be licensed under LGPL instead of GPL, I think. - It could be worthwhile to add an 'Upstream-Contact' entry in the file; if there is no clear individual, then perhaps this could be a hyperlink to the wget mailing lists[1]. - Are the standalone license clauses necessary?
