Please include this file if you report a bug.
Today the new texlive-base & texlive-extra did migrate to testing and
hence were upgraded on your system. The texlive-lang did not migrate
yet, this will happen soon. Once texlive-lang-japanese is upgraded,
please repeat the test. Is suspect an incompatibility in these packages,
as I'm not able to reproduce the issue using unstable.
