Hi, I can reproduce the problem now. Font changes are not stored in the configuration file when qt6ct exits.
A workaround would be to edit this file manually. config/qt6ct/qt6ct.conf I don't think this is anything to do with the Debian packaging, as the problem occurs in Arch Linux too.
