Bug#459260: slim: Should not be centered on two-screen setups

This bug is still present in all versions up to V1.4.0 from the fork 
project. There is an upstream ticket for it at 
https://sourceforge.net/p/slim-fork/tickets/3/

I've just committed a change upstream that should fix it for the next 
release.
