Package: rsyslog
Version: 8.2310.0-1

For many years I have been following the recipe for forwarding messages
to xconsole, see "Logging to xconsole" section in README.Debian.

This stopped working after the upgrade to 8.2310.0-1, because with
PrivateDevices=yes rsyslogd gets its own /dev directory where there is
no /dev/xconsole.

Adding an override for this setting was not difficult, but the necessity
to do that should be added to README.Debian.
