BIDScoin is a new and user-friendly Python application suite that converts (“coins”) source-level (raw) neuroimaging data sets to standardized data sets that are organized according to the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) specification. The BIDScoin 4.2.0 package is intended to be included in NeuroDebian, to support researchers building reproducible analyses pipelines and data sharing workflows. BIDScoin is an actively maintained package that comes with a GUI and various command line tools and utilities. Please note the following packaging guidelines: * Manpages are automatically build for every cli * Continuous integration is implemented using pytests running as GitHub Actions * All source code can be pip installed or is already packaged with NeuroDebian (dcm2niix) * The main branch is dependent on PyQt6 * Every (PyQt6) BIDScoin release on pypi is backported to PyQt5 as a protected GitHub branch.
