Hello, Apologies this took *a while* to get to, but it's [nearly] here, at last: I've added an opendht-tools package as part of the upcoming 3.0.0-4 upload, which among other tools packages python/tools/http_server.py as /usr/bin/dhtnode-http with a corresponding dhtnode-http.service and configuration file at /etc/default/dhtnode-http. Hope this helps. Tobi, would you please sponsor opendht 3.0.0-4 for me?
