I found the problem to be the nameserver configured is referring to the
faiserver.
/etc/resolve.conf
I am using a public nameserver 8.8.8.8.
>From the configuration I see that 8.8.8.8 is already set.
Where can I change this?

Please fix problem, otherwise you will never have a bootable
installation.
For e.g. grub-efi is not installed, and without grub your computer
cannot boot.
