Either it's gotten worse or it's just bad luck, but previously built archs (armhf and armel) are now failing, making this release critical and blocking the Perl 5.38 transition. armel has had three retries so far but let's hope it will succeed eventually. Even in that case I think this should stay RC until some action is taken. Guess we could just skip / ignore t/02context.t, or alternatively make the build fail deterministically on the affected architectures and remove the existing binaries... -- Niko
