Package: netplan.io
Version: 1.0-1
Severity: normal

I discovered this minor packaging issue while attempting to backport the 1.0-1
package to bookworm.
It appears as if the build deps list meson >= 0.61.0, but in actuality the
build requires features from
1.3.0, and the build itself calls this out:

WARNING: Project specifies a minimum meson_version '>= 0.61.0' but uses
features which were added in newer versions:
 * 1.3.0: {'limited_api arg in python.extension_module'}

probably just needs a build-dep update.
