ghdl still uses gcc-12/gnat-12 for the build, a package that will not be shipped with the next Debian release (these will be gcc-13 and gcc-14).
Replacing the -12 b-d's with -13, and fixing the version check in Makefile.in let's the package build, but with some tsts failing.
There's also a new upstream release.
