Debian's webkit2gtk no longer builds the 4.0 API. The 4.1 API is the same as the 4.0 API except that it uses libsoup3 instead of libsoup2.4. Since juce does not use libsoup directly, it should be possible to change all references to webkit2gtk-4.0 to webkit2gtk-4.1 in both the upstream code (with a patch) and in debian/control to fix this issue.
