Hello.
The edb-debugger software is out of date. Upstream has version 1.5.0 as
of two weeks ago. [1] The version in the repositories is from December
13, 2020, and is SEVERELY out of date. Note that 1.4.0 was released in
July 2023.
Additional observations:
d/watch: Broken, needs updated to reflect updated GitHub d/watch
requirements. [2]
d/control: OUTDATED build depends. Replace pkg-config with pkgconf. Per
Lintian tags. [3]
If this package needs assistance being maintained, I can assist, but for
now I will be providing Salsa pull reqs/patches to address the d/watch
and d/control issues, however I am not going to handle the outdated
software problem.
