Hi Bernd, thanks for your report. This looks like #1029939 (https://bugs.debian.org/1029939) in shaderc.
supertuxkart 1.4+dfsg-4, which uses the shaderc package instead of a bundled copy, has migrated to testing before shaderc 2023.8-1, which fixes the linking problem. Can you please try upgrading shaderc to 2023.8-1 (from unstable)? Thanks and kind regards, Reiner
