lxml.html.clean has been moved from python3-lxml to a new package
python3-lxml-html-clean (as discussed in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/lxml/+bug/1958539). This package uses
lxml.html.clean but only declares a relationship on python3-lxml.
I don't know how central the functionality that requires lxml.html.clean
is, and hence whether Depends, Recommends or Suggests is appropriate.
In the longer term, if you are using lxml.html.clean for security
against code injection, be aware that it is not a very secure approach.
lxml upstream recommend moving to something stronger e.g. python3-bleach
or nh3.
