Package: paraview Followup-For: Bug #820453 "Help -> ParaView Guide" now (5.11.2) provides a (functioning) url link to https://docs.paraview.org/en/v5.11.2/ which opens normally in the web browser.
Not so helpful if you don't have internet access, but at least it's not giving an error now. Perhaps we can close this bug.
