This is a known bug, and I'm currently working on a solution. Fortunately it is easy to fix: Take a look in your ~/.bashrc and search the following lines: # This line was appended by KDE # Make sure our customised gtkrc file is loaded. export GTK2_RC_FILES=$HOME/.gtkrc-2.0:$GTK2_RC_FILES Those lines where created by gtk-qt-engine and it is save to remove them. You can also remove the ~/.gtkrc-2.0 which was created by gtk-qt-engine as well. Then log off and -on and the problem should be solved.
