Thanks, appearently the font was already unregistered. No need to fail on that since that's exactly what we want. I've changed the preinst to deal with that, could you try this package and see whether it resolves the problem: http://people.debian.org/~thijs/msttcorefonts_1.5~pre0_all.deb Thanks Thijs
