All these languages have been available under tetex, and there are more
than these languages available from texlive.

Aeehhmmm. No. Please make yourself known what TeX is, maybe reading a
bit in the TeX FAQ will help:

TeX is NOT for man pages, it is for producing books!


So could you please rephrase your bug report? Describing 55Mb as luxury
is a bit strange.
