I was going to say the same thing -- Most of what vserver-debiantools does is rolled into the debian build method in 0.30.213. If there is anything that vserver-debiantools has that isn't in util-vserver, it should be identified so we can pull it in so we can have one set of utilities, rather than multiple accomplishing the same tasks.
