Hello, I am uploading the NMU to DELAYED/3-day.
Why 3-day?
a. The bugs closed are RC bugs so 0-day NMU is permitted since
we are close to freeze.

b. This is a new upstream version so possibly the maintainer wants to
fix the older upstream version rather than upload a new un-checked version
of the package. One this NMU enters unstable, only a new epoch
will allow an older upstream version.
Since the 3-day overlaps the weekend, I am hoping that if (b) applies
then maintainer will have a chance to examine things over the
weekend.
