Package: samba Version: 2:3.2.4-1 Severity: normal Hi, I have problem with Windows 98 PC. Usernames are not lovercase every time. Here part of of my log:

If username looks like: ucitel, tobi, vokat, student, ... It is OK every time. LDAP usernames are in lovercase and login into Windows XP works ok. In /etc/smb.conf I have: ..... lanman auth = yes ..... I have tried ..... username level = 10 ..... too, but it still not working.
