Interesting. Are you sure this has been in place a year ago? I talked 
to aj and some other people (including #debian-release) at the time, 
and nobody new that.

If this functionality was added later, then this bug is probably 
fixed.

These uploads did not reach testing (with date of the DSA):

Of course it could be that they reached t-p-u but none accepted the 
packages. Are the log files from that time still available somewhere?
BTW, is there some page like [1] for testing?
