I am afraid I am a bit reluctant to accept this patch in its current form.  I
would've preferred that the sftp support were implemented directly using the
paramiko python modules rather than using bzr.  I wouldn't like to force dput
users who want sftp support for install brz.

As for the second bit about "ppa:", https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA
doesn't seem to advocate that sort of usage.  Has that been an often used
feature of dput in Ubuntu after it has been implemented?  (The current dput.cf
in Ubuntu continues to have incoming = ~%(ppa)s/ubuntu despite the above help
doc indicating that it should be ~<your_launchpad_id>/<ppa_name>/ubuntu/ which
means that the feature is probably not being used).
