Checksum of the resultant iso file

$ sha1sum debian-501-amd64-CD-1.iso
180b38e6c814943af528e158fde523fe059e70d5  debian-501-amd64-CD-1.iso

seems correct.

Another important info I missed. Things worked using lenny qemu
(0.9.1-10lenny1)
