I see what feature you'd like Reportbug supports, but I'm not sure to see if it is relevant, because either you provide an new content and a copy is automatically sent to the sender (at least in the newer versions of reportbug, don't know before that), either you are using --debug mode and the bug report is only sent to the sender. In the first case using X-Debbugs-CC to yourself, reportbug will redundantly send another copy and in the second case, X-Debbugs-CC are ignored. Please provide more information if I'm missing something.
