In fact there were two bugs:
* One related to install-info (bug 139569, made obsolete by the
install-info package), not directly related to coreutils.
* A coreutils bug (this bug 483554), due to the fact that the
man page mentioned "info chcon" but the info documentation
did not contain anything about chcon. This bug has been fixed
in coreutils 7 (but the user needs GNU install-info so that he
doesn't see bug 139569).
