I am working on packaging cruisecontrol [1]. I will file an ITP for that in a day or two. Cruisecontrol uses jug for generating UUIDs for the builds. That is why I filed this ITP. I could patch cruisecontrol source to use standard Java APIs but I feel that it is better to stick to what upstream is using.
