I tought this was fixed some time ago, but apparently not.
This should be easy to solve manually by adding some unique key to each
rule (look for one in the output of udevadm info), but fixing the
generator script may be harder.

This one may be caused by the old IDE driver, you should try switching
your kernel to the new PATA driver.
