Yeah, my intention is there are still some users(at least in Taiwan)
used to use the old input methods. I'd think of install IBus and also
keep the old SCIM/Gcin in chinese-t-desktop of tasksel.

With this im-switch menu entry, user may choose the old one if they want
easily. :)

Looks good. And zh_HK should be fine to ship as same as zh_TW. And I got
Vietnamese translation from @CuaHayCuoi at #ubuntu-vn channel. Would
that be possible to get Korean translation?
