When an enclosure is opened(double-clicked or open),the handlers specified
in mime.xml aren't acknowledged,and it asks how to handle it.Also,if a new
rule/handler is specified when requested,another entry is added(usually
quite
a bit different then used to be,for example:

This started happening a month or so ago.
