If you want to fix it immediately open /etc/initng/net/net.i and add at the end of every line beginning with "use=" "daemon/cardmgr". Afterwards run "ng-update add daemon/cardmgr" or add "daemon/cardmger" manually to /etc/initng/default.runlevel. The next release will fix this problem.
