Hi, I can reproduce it too on my debian sid.
As you have see the problem appers when parsing the include/ directory. The strange point is that if I remove all .h files from this directory and only let one of them in, doxygen works. So if upstream can have a look it could be a starting point. I think it's around a memory leak in doxygen.
