Hi Antonio, the icedove version 0.2.8-3 is build against xulrunner-dev 1.9.1.1[69] but the xul-extensions from unstable against xulrunner-dev 5.0-6. That's the reason why it doesn't work with icedove from testing/unstable at this time. Use the icedove version(5.*) from experimental or wait as if it's available at unstable.
