Yes, make it just like Firefox. Pointing hand over links, "I" symbol
over text (instead of over everything), and arrow over blank areas, etc.

Note that plucker is no more maintained upstream.
I do not use it any more myself.
So chances are that your different requests will _never_ be
implemented/fixed.
