Hi again!

I got logkeys running, and am willing to sponsor it, once 652826 is
fixed. But I think I found a bug:

As told I failed for me with the error message above.

Creating an additional en_US.UTF-8 locale made it work for me:

$ locale -a
C
de_DE.utf8
en_US.utf8
POSIX

logkeys start. Removing the en_US locale again, it fails again.

I set the severity of this bug to important, as having only de_DE.utf8
is the default on new Debian installations in German (since Lenny?). I
haven't checked any other locale settings.

Best Regards,
  Alexander
