The bug is even worse because NM forgets the passphrase even if you try to connect to wireless network and it has currently some problems. Ie. you are connecting to wireless network that currently doesn't work (I suppose that not working DHCP server behind AP is enough), NM asks for passphrase with passphrase prefilled, you click Connect, but if it doesn't manage to connect this second time, it forgets the passphrase completely! It is not only annoying it means major problems if you don't remember passphrases to all the wireless networks you connect to.
