It gives LO a fake writable empty home. It builds using sbuild which the old 
one did not.

unoconv, libreoffice-writer, libreoffice-java-common, procps are
under Build-Depends-Indep: rather than Build-Depends:

I am not sure about the loopback network thing you mentioned.

Please let me know how it comes out.
