After installing gnome-rdp and configuring a session using rdp I double click on it expecting to be connected to the remote host. Instead I get a dialog announcing: "rdesktop seems not to be installed." and a message on stdout/stderr: "ApplicationName='rdesktop', CommandLine='-5 -u USERNAME -a 15 -g 1200x900 -r sound:off -k sv HOSTNAME', CurrentDirectory='/'" after clicking the close button in the dialog I get an exception on stdout/stderr: Unhandled Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: Standard output has not been redirected at System.Diagnostics.Process.get_StandardOutput () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at (wrapper remoting-invoke-with-check) System.Diagnostics.Process:get_StandardOutput () at GnomeRDP.ProcessCaller.ReadStdOut () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 After first assuming that rdp is not available on the remote host and running a nmap scan I realise that the dialog is referring to my system.
