This is a bit tricky; as the warning suggests, this is not (only?) a problem in the tests but really in the code: lib/Tie/RegexpHash.pm does all kind of nasty mangling with the regexes _as strings_ (and stringification of regexps has changed in 5.14). Probably using the re pragma could help here, but it requires a major surgical intervention. Since libtie-regexphash-perl has no build or runtime rdeps we can remove it at least from testing ...
