Pandas FTBFS with python-matplotlib 2.2.2-1.
The following tests fail:
TestTSPlot.test_format_timedelta_ticks_narrow
TestTSPlot.test_format_timedelta_ticks_wide

I am testing a patch from upstream for this and will upload soon if 
successful.
