I had to install it. Indeed, it helps - now gnome-keyring is working fine with 
latest package version of libglib.

For my "testing" setup it is ok. But I'm asking myself - is it only 
gnome-keyring affected or this "security hardening" could break other 
GNOME/MATE parts? dbus-x11 is a strict dependency of 
mate-session-manager/gnome-session-bin, while dbus-user-session is not even 
suggested...
