While that may provide OpenSSL 3.0+ support, 'prepared' doesn't mean (for me at least) that it's finished work. Most importantly please note that 4.1.6 (already in experimental) needs a transition on its own and while I've packaged 4.3.0 locally that means a package split. Meaning uploading the latter would need sourceful upload for its reverse dependencies (adopt for the new packages). As I don't want to delay the OpenSSL transition, I am going to fix the building of the Sid (4.0.20) version. Then will do the 4.3.1 transition.
