I moved from November > to October because the Debian maintainer request. For the record, someone found the real reason. As I understand it, it was a GCC 11 miscompilation of lcms2. Someone in the background scheduled it to rebuild with the message: "Rebuild with GCC 12 for apparent misbuild on mips64el with GCC 11". Then the build of GraphicsMagick was successful even on mips64el with the now GCC 12 built lcms2. In short, there's no rush to release lcms2 v2.14 soon anymore.
