Hi,

The package selfhtml uses debhelper with a compat level of 5 or 6,
which is no longer supported [1].

Please bump the debhelper compat at your earliest convenience

  * Compat 13 is recommended (supported in stable-backports)

  * Compat 7 is the bare minimum

Thanks,
Andreas
