The build was made in my autobuilder with "dpkg-buildpackage -B"
and it also fails here:

If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please use reassign and 
affects,
so that this is still visible in the BTS web page for this package.

Closing it as no one seems to care about this anymore, and at this point of time
(2023-11-27) it only exists in oldoldstable aka 10/buster.
