Alright, all the RC bugs are closed.  Of the four autopkgtest failures,
emacs-deferred and flycheck we need to wait and see when they are

Which happens daily. But I guess gcc needs to migrate first for the retest to be useful? I triggered some tests already in unstable and flycheck failed [1, 2]. emacs-defered seems to be fixed in unstable.

but the evil-el and haskell-mode failures are due to bugs in
those packages.  evil-el is orphaned and haskell-mode is unmaintained.
Could they both be hinted out of testing, please?

I've added removal hints, I might need an iteration more.
