The version of uber's fork goes back to 0.x (1.6.0 -> 0.4.0). If we reuse old packages, we need to introduce epochs, which is not ideal. So new source and binary packages are preferred. > it's needed by quick-go 0.40 and surely soon many others. > > Jérémy -- Shengjing Zhu
